Set email address to notificate a new comment for moderation

Good morning,

unfortunately I have already consulted the forum without being able to find a right solution for my problem.

I need only a superadmin to receive notifications of the publication of a new moderation comment.
The only user who has to receive notifications is rossella.reategui@bibroker.it

I would be very grateful if you could help me accessing the site directly, I'm sure it's a very simple thing for you.

To access via FTP it is necessary to set the IP filters of aruba, you have the credentials, but I think it is not necessary to solve the problem.

Hi there,

Those moderation will sent based on users groups currently. Those users that are on Super Users groups will always received those emails. I have disabled this settings http://take.ms/yrEBA for other users except the on you stated above. It should sent for that particular users only.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

I understood the system, but I was not able to set the parameters correctly.
Even now, it seems to me to do the opposite of what I need. (see the picture)
Also, I want the email to start when the page loads and not with a cronjob service.
it's possible, is not it?

Yes it should possible. Once your users access your site, that have komento in current viewing page, those emails will be sent out to you.

Please give it a try and see how it goes and thanks for your understanding.

Mail for moderation is also received by super administrators who must not receive them, as they are not enabled.
