Serialization of 'Closure' is not allowed when proceeding to payment

Hi, I just installed 4.0 payplans on a 3.9J! website.
When I proceed to checkout from this URL, https://www.alumni-ensta-bretagne.fr/index.php?option=com_payplans&view=checkout&invoice_key=8O56WJCM559N&tmpl=component

I get an error message stating
0
ERREUR: 0
Serialization of 'Closure' is not allowed
Hey Sylvian,

Let me know what was your previous payplans version before upgrading to pp4.
Can you update us with your site ftp details , so i'll check this issue further.

I had been receiving the same error and it turns out the issue is caused by the idev affiliate plugin. When this plugin was unpublished, all worked as expected.

I'm not sure where development is on resolving the issue so the plugin can be activated again.

Hello Seth,

We got the issue and will include this fix in our upcoming release soon.
For now to resolve this issue, replace attached file with below mentioned file path.
root/administrator/components/com_payplans/includes/user/user.php

After replacing the file , please check this issue again and update us.
