Result (bug repeated): not working correctly (URL truncated).

Yes, for example (on discussion content):
Initially, the discussion created in Russian (language site RU):

After user selected English language (language site EN) and same discuss (content) auto-translated:

 Calculate: 2+2=?

and the user sees the text discussion in the selected language (through automatic translation)
The same question applies to other user contents: discuss title, user tags, etc.

If you would like to translate inside all the content, what i suggestion is you can use 3rd party component to achieve this requirement like JoomFish component.
