Hello,

I want to ask how I can remove easyblog from the url

http://www.queertownabbey.com/easyblog/tamar-braxton-debuts-let-me-know-video

For the Recent Blog Posts (EasyBlog) module the URLs look like this http://www.queertownabbey.com/component/easyblog/tamar-braxton-debuts-let-me-know-video?Itemid=206

Why is it different URLs?

Anders
Hello Anders,

Ah, it seems like there's a menu item that links to EasyBlog's front page layout under your Top Menu. I have renamed the alias to "blog" and it should display correctly now

Hello Anders,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have modified the file /components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php but I would need to purge the SH404 urls so that the cache would be updated. Could you purge the URLs for SH404 for me?

Hello Mark,

Thanks for the fast reply.

We have disabled sh404SEF and enabled the built-in SEF URLs of Joomla.

Hello Barbu,

Do you mean that our http://stackideas.com site? If yes, that is not, because the Easyblog frontpage layout is located on this page -> http://stackideas.com/blog
If I'm getting wrong your meaning here, can you elaborate more details regarding with your previous reply? Please advise.
