Hi guys,

Sorry for the stupid question but I'm very new to this.
I just want to setup emails to be sent to new users to confirm their registration. How would I do it? the problem is the notifications are never sent out, so the users are always pending in the list.

What email address is in use? and how easysocial get the access to my email to send the email from it? And where in the dash board i set it up. Thank you.
Hi,.

I got it fixed. the problem was that if you use @gmail.com account it won't send invitation emails to other gmail accounts. however one i change my gmail account to another one (not gmail) (in Email Transporter Behaviour) i started to receive all the invitations; Thank you for you help

Hi alexander zaykov,

the delay wasn't on purpose,

I sincerely apologize if I may sound offending but I don't really understand what you meant by # get the access to my email # Can you elaborate more or perhaps provide us some screenshot?

Hi,

I meant, when a new user registers he is supposed to receive an activation code (sent by easysocial), however the email never comes....

Hello Alexander,

Sorry for the confusion. The email suppose to be sent when you have enabled "Require user activation". Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here?

Hello alexander,

I'm sorry but how can I test the registration? Because, you're site is under maintenance. I can't view your site as public user.

Hello Alexander Zaykov.

When I tried to register to your site. I have got an activation code mail. The reasons you cannot view the mail under email activity because you have setup system environment to Production. I have change it to development mode. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-05-25_1656.png

You said the user never receive an activation code email, did you already checked under email spam section?

Please advise me
