I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question. All emails sent out by EasyBlog are basically notification emails. You can only customize which usergroup to send notification email, not individual users for an article in the composer: http://take.ms/hJy9X
If you do not want to truncate the content in the email, you can disable the setting in the Settings>Notifications area.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have separate email truncation settings for different articles.
However, you can try disabling truncation for all articles. Then for those that you do want to truncate, you can utilize the readmore block in the composer.
