Hi all,

How do I send a private post so only the stack ideas technical staff will see it. I want to send you some ftp and backend access as requested by mark lee to my website.

Hi Rick Ambrosino,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

Dear Sam Teh,

This question applies to Ticket ID: 42842, thank you for updating my current Easyblog Community extension, did you happen to look at the ACL feature of the extension at my website. If you click on the ACL feature, I get a blank page. Is this normal. Let me know.

My ftp and backend credentials to my website still apply if you want to take a look at it. If you have any problems getting into the backend let me know. Thank you.

Hey Rick,

This is getting confusing as we have a ticket system and a forum in place and we have different moderators working on the helpdesk and the forum. Can you please start a new thread on our forums and we'll help you look into this?

Mark,

Don't you guys have a private area where I can post, because I want to give you backend access and ftp access to my site and I am still not convinced that this a private forum.

Hey Rick,

This is the form where you should place your site details, http://screencast.com/t/BDia41BSw8lS . We built this system and we know ourselves that these information are not made to the public. If you are reluctant to provide us with this access, I am not really sure how to really help you here
