Support #5494: Issue with Easyblog

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Launch EasyBlog Composer (mine is set to use TinyMCE)



RESULT:

Expect to see Joocial Post management as per https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1JWIPbcSl8A3nnt_oCgK3DRZpoOTGeFFaobqzdtIDxWY/edit#slide=id.g2a5df4c5f_068



EXPECTED RESULT:

Post Management Button does not appear anywhere

A look at the source shows there is JS for the post button but I think it does not appear because the composer is a modal.

Since the release of EasyBlog 5, StackIdeas has disabled the functionality to extend the new editor. So, until now, we have been unable to re-enable the functionality available in the other content management extensions.

Do you mean that 'social publish' button not appear in EasyBlog composer page when you use Tiny-MCE editor? If yes, is it possible to provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?

Because that button should show on EasyBlog as well, as long as 3rd party button shown on Joomla article creation page while using Tiny-MCE editor.

I do mean that 'social publish' button does not appear in the EasyBlog composer page when using the Tiny-MCE editor.

Providing FTP Access is an issue but I suppose the question for now is whether you are certain it should be appearing as the Joocial developers themselves say that it does not work with EB anymore IN GENERAL. I.E., not just an issue with me. Are you suggesting they are wrong?

Thanks for updating and I am glad that your issues are resolved now. Perhaps there was some glitch with the scripts or cache earlier which caused it to disappear but if it ever happens again, let us know and we'll check on it
