I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Currently there seems another problem with EasySocial. For example even if I change the default theme between core themes of the component, nothing changes. For example if you set Dark theme as default, nothing changes on the front-end.

I suspected that was because you set Wireframe theme for this "Dog Owner" profile type user group user. If you change to use default then it will follow what you set from your theme setting.

May i know are you mentioned about this theme or?

If not, can you provide us with your FTP access and your template zip file? By the way, may i know their custom theme is it can installable?

I need to upload "optimum" inside the attached zip to easysocial theme by 3rd party.
However when I tried on GUI, it failed with an error "invalid file type", which 3rd party can't figure out why.

We will release another Easysocial version soon and this fix will be included.

And your themes installer zip file also got some issues. Try download my attachment and Install the latest version of Easysocial and see how it goes.
