If you're using the default Joomla SEF, this url changes cannot be made. It is because Joomla need the full link in order for Joomla to process/call the page.

But if you insisting to make changes to the url, you can use third-party component such as SH404SEF because Easyblog already have the extension to SEF. What SH404SEF does is it mapping the changes link to the full link in which have been stored in database. So that Joomla can process and call the page.
