Seem to be missing something on User profiles

Hi

I need to change a few of the registration and profile fields. From one of teh previous forum postings it seems my screen should have a few "tabs" eg. Custom profiles like this screen shot http://screencast.com/t/cV67znp9E. But mine doesn't - see attached screen shots

Any ideas?

You need to click on the "Registered Users" profile
