How can I make sure that the paths to media files are not public, for example, if the files are shared only with registered members?
The point is that the non-public media files are not indexed by Google, that the links to media files can not be shared outside of the platform EasySocial.
Is this adjustable with Amazon S3 or by media files located on my server?

Kind regards
Martin
Hi Martin,

For those media that have been set as private (registered user only can access in amazon s3 or/and local server) will not going to be indexed by google.
Where google can't crawl any pages not accessible by an anonymous user. Thus, any login or other authorization protection will prevent a page/media from being crawled.

Hope this help

Hi Muhammad
Thank you for the answer. That calms me only partially.
If you know the link to a protected media document, anyone can open it. Is it possible to program that the links to the media files, which for example should only be accessible to registered users, can not be used outside the platform?
Regards,
Martin

Hey Martin,

It would be best if you can provide us some of the example like :

- Which page URL contain those media file link
- Which media file link can able to accessible by public user (those media file suppose only accessible by registered user)

So we can better have a check.
