ES should have second layer security option for members

1 - option to enable/disable extra security
2 - select pre defined questions created by admin
3 - user enter their answer

After the user login, the security question will prompt them for the answer and then if it matches, it will allow them to enter.

Another option for security would be to use Google's 2 step verification.

After you sign in, you have to enter the code generated by your mobile phone. It is similar to RSA SecurID.
