Currently, on my site (Using wanderers template) there is no option to sign out. How do I add something that allows people to sign out. Also, is there a way I can add a small searchbar (to search for users) on a page?

You will need to enable the dropdown menu module and position them to appear in the "position-top"
Also, how do I add a searchbar for users? In addition to that, I had installed Community Builder but later deleted it however options for CB are still available in the dropdown module. They don't do anything but I was wondering how I get rid of those. I have attached a screenshot.
The dropdown menu module actually renders menu items from specific menu on the site. You would probably want to delete these menu items created by CB. As for search bar for users, you could enable and publish the search module for EasySocial
