Why is with me in the search box only user displayed and no groups, etc.?

Property search index executed in Joomla.
Sorry. Working on Sundays makes silly.

Had forgotten to empty the index before re-indexing.

Ok, but did not work.
I deleted the index and indexed again.

Only the user and Articel are displayed in the search box. All plugins are activated. My page is still running on localhost.

The problem seems to lie with the language. It works in English. Not in Spanish or German.

In English, all results are displayed, in all other languages only users and articles.

I think that is a bug of Joomla-Indexer??? I do not think so. The users are displayed in all languages.

And what is missing, what 1.4 still had. The category. Whether it's a user, photo, album, page, event, etc.

Hi Chris,

Seems like this happened in my local instance as well. I will log the issue into our codebase so that our developers can figure out the root cause of the issue here. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Very good. Hope you can find the error.

Have it already tried to switch off the Stemmer in Joomla index options, so that the languages are not taken into account.

Does not work too.

Ezrul? What about my second question? With the categories in the search box (people, events, groups, etc.)

Hi Chris,

Ezrul? What about my second question? With the categories in the search box (people, events, groups, etc.)

Hm, I'm a little bit lost here. Do you mean that the following checkbox is not appearing on your local site, http://take.ms/gQuvM ?

Ah I see. Seems like we missing this feature in easysocial 2.0 . I will forward this to the developers as well and see if we are able to include it in the future release of EasySocial.

Will lock this for now so that this doesn't disrupt our support flow.
