If there is finder plugin for that, it should be listed in the dropdown where the search module in the Vanilla we're using the EasySocial's search module.

Finder plugin, would you elaborate a bit? I'm wondering about to search for q2c products, they have a search but it will be nice to combine in one.

As long as the component got create their own smart search plugin, it will appear the checkbox on the Easysocial search option.

You can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

I believe it will not too difficult to add if you request this to this 'product' extension developer to add, because they can do some comparison how Joomla add the smart search plugin for the Joomla article.
