I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have checked the site and it looks like the smart search content plugin isn't enabled, http://take.ms/ECUbP . After enabling this, I hit the "Index" button, http://take.ms/mn826 and the search works fine now

EasySocial relies on the Smart Search in Joomla to search for contents, giving you a more unified searching experience.

You have to go to backend > Component > smart search , you can refer on my attached screenshot below.
