Search problem in SectionEx

Hi,

I noticed that if I submit a search query in sectionex, not all of the search results are returned, just the number of results that is entered in pagination.

For example;
if you enter on the site; http://kinetiq.si/razvoj/ms/v316/predmeti/mikrobiologija
in search box koren than you will get only 5 results. If you click than on more articles, the next display will not show the other search result, but just the regular listing. For the search word "koren" there should be around 30 results.

Sorry but I don't quite get you here. I have tried to search "Koren" at http://kinetiq.si/razvoj/ms/v316/predmeti/mikrobiologija and it's only showing me results that has the word "Koren".

Hi,

yes it shows you the first 5 results, but if you then click Load more (Naloži več) you don't get the other results with keyword "koren". In this category there are more than 30 articles with this keyword "koren".

May i know which SectionEx version are you using now?
Also, is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,
Actually we are still investigate on this issues, but i have tried to access your FTP, i getting this today :
Response:	421 Sorry, cleartext sessions are not accepted on this server.

Error:	Could not connect to server

Also, may i know how you set the search list length, because after i search some keyword the result only show once time for 5 result.
Please advise.

Hi,

regarding the FTP...you have to use explicit FTP over TLS (port 21).

I don't know where to set the serach list lenght for sectionEx...but i have sent the access to joomla backend (super user), so you can check it.

Hi,

I am continuing this discussion (same site, same problem).
On
http://www.vrhovec.com/mstest/predmeti/dermatovenerologija

try to search for string 'Lunder'. The count for found items is 5, which is wrong (the actual number is bigger) The first 5 listings are ok, then when you click Read More twice, you get mixed listing of articles containing the search string with ones that don't.
