Search not working

Hi folks,

The search function in ES doesn't seem to be working. I search for friends who I know have profiles but I get no results. I read this post about smart search etc.:

I've enabled Joomla smart search but still show no results. Is there something I'm missing? I'm running ES 1.2.9.

Ok, so I ran indexing in the smart search component. Things are now working. However, the index stopped after about 50% and said "undefined, null". Is that a problem?

May i know currently there are how many smart search plugin ( finder ) enabled from your site? Try to disable the finder plugins that you do not need and re-run the sync again. If problem persist, then can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your FTP account so that I can investigate your issue further?
