Search not working properly

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble with the search function in ES. I search for users I know are registered but nothing comes up in the search. I have purged and re-indexed Smart Search but it doesn't help. My login is below if you want to have a closer look.

Sorry for late reply to this,
It seems like this user "John Keel" still shown pending status when i check in Easysocial > User page, when i unblock this user, you can able to search this user from Easysocial search engine now. Hope this help.

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have try search Hill and Mark in your site and it is displayed the result correctly. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/lGHs0Bfqc . Can you tell us which user you want to search so that we can replicate this issue with your site. Have you clear your site and browser cache? Perhaps your site is still caching the old smart-search index.

Please try, for example, searching for user John Keel. He is one of many not found in the search.
