Search not working

Hi,

On the charm template when using the search facility, it is not picking up on anything within masquerading.global

I can't find people on the live site even when users know that they are there. The user is getting "no records found"
Pls read Joomla standard set up and administration https://docs.joomla.org/Smart_Search_quickstart_guide

and add or disable smart search ( finder ) plugin and disable Search plugin that is not necessar and removed in Joomla 4

Ensure that this Smart Search - EasySocial Users plugin is enabled and go to http://yoursite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_finder and press the 'Index' button as shown in the screenshot for an example. https://monosnap.com/file/cK8eYAMyqkxXC0vY25bFKFsKUDkzH5

After that, you can try again and see how it goes.

Hey there,

It seems that most of the users of your site did not being indexed on Joomla Smart Search. I had helped you to index it and the users should be able to be searched as shown in the screenshot for an example. https://monosnap.com/file/CAOkIHZ7QDaKzg6XXIwIFTJlTaSYPe
