I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I found out because of this plugin causing the prevent 'enter' key submitting forms issue, when I temporary disable this plugin, it work fine. But now I already enabled back that plugin.

Can you consult with this plugin (System - Admin Tools) developer regarding this and keep us updated then?
