Search module not retrieving all results ?

There seems to be a problem with the search module (perhaps the index)

When searching for a Username string, we're not getting the expected results (see attached backend and frontend screnshots here).

I've set up your access codes for this ?

You should know that these 20,000 users where imported with a custom DB script.

The searching seems to work when we search for users that where created through the Joomla/EasySocial interface ...

If these users are created in a non normal way, you need to re-run the index in Joomla's Smart Search. Go to Extensions > Smart Search:

1. Click on "Clear Index"
2. Click on "Index" to re-index the items.

Also, take note that due to security concerns, search would not include email addresses by default. To search by e-mail, go to Settings > Users > Workflow > User Search Indexing and enable the option "Index email".
