search menu in create group fields

Hello. I need to add a search group fields next to the create a group button on the team page. Users should have the ability to search if the group exists before creating a group that could be duplicate. Can you help?

I have a little bit lost here, actually the search bar already available in Easysocial toolbar, you can take a look of my screenshot below.

is there a way to add the search field in the create profile sign up? I need the person to be able to join groups that already exist when they sign up or create the group if it doesn't exist when they sign up.
