I am wondering if there is a way to integrate search so it searches through EasySocial, EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss ?

If that kind of module exists please share.
Hello Gisli Gudmundsson,

Sorry for the late reply to this,
Do you mean that you would like to dropdown result when you do a search?
If yes, it seems like when i change to Joomla default template the search will show out the result when you type some keyword. See my screenshot below.
Can you consult with your template provider regarding this? It look like your current template have overridden something in smart search module if you're referring what i mentioned that dropdown result.

Hello Gisli Gudmundsson,

Sorry for late reply to this,
You can create a smart search module from your backend > extension > Module manager > Click "NEW" > select " Smart Search Module This is a search module for the Smart Search system. " > then publish it

After that you have to enable/install this :
-> plg_easydiscuss_smartsearch.zip
-> EasyBlog smart search plugin
-> Enable Smart Search - EasySocial Groups
-> Enable Smart Search - EasySocial Photos
-> Enable Smart Search - EasySocial Users
-> Enable Smart Search - EasySocial Albums

After enable then go to your smart search component from backend > click index
Hope this help.

I have installed EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss smart search but it seems like it is not working. I am not sure if the plugins are causing some issues. When I type in the search box nothing happens.
