May i know that you referring to this search form http://take.ms/xgWFx? If yes, this search form are not built by us and currently it is handled by Joomla. It would be best if you can consult with them regarding this and see how it goes.

Sorry for the confusion caused as last time i checked them, there are no such form on that view. If that so, you need to enable 'Smart Search' plugin on your site and let it re-index them automatically so that those items on your site will get indexed and you can search them accordingly.

By the way, i have enabled them and re-index all your items and it should searched correctly now. Please give it a check and see how it goes.
