I added the Dating module to my sidebar and wanted to use it as a members search. I display usernames vs real names on my site. When I switch the setting in the backend to display real name, the name box appears in the dating module. When I use usernames, the box disappears. Is there a way to enable the name box in this module so people can search by username?

The name box/field should be appear either you choose name or username. It seems your backend login credential is not as superuser where I unable to publish the module http://take.ms/mwzrr
and it seems like the FTP access not working as well
