I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I think this is what actually happened. When you indexed the items on Smart Search, the K2 finder plugin was still enabled. Hence, it was caching those result sets. I have purged the cache, and re-indexed it again. Can you see if those items are still there?

EasySocial does not actually trigger these plugins. They are all done by Joomla and we only retrieve the data that Joomla stores for their Smart Search extension.
