seach going back to dashboard

Hi
Can any one help me with the search form. if i do search any registered user and i press enter i need to be redirected to that users profile page but it like am being directed to the dashboard.

When you search for the term "test" for instance, hitting the enter key would bring you to the search page and it will then display a list of users that you are trying to search for. I have tested this on your site and it does behave correctly. Which search are you using on the site? I have tested this with the search in EasySocial's toolbar.
