hi

ive had some issues with scheduling posts - its not clear whether posts have been scheduled or not and i end up publishing them but i actually wanted to go live tomorrow - it doesnt clearly tell me wats the situation with them - is there anyway of it telling me please?

e.g. this is the 4th one where it''s happened- i press publish having set a later live date but i have no idea whats happened it just goes live - with the previous easy blog it was fine

Hi Nick Russell,

Can you download my attachment file and replace in Joomlafolder\administrator\components\com_easyblog\includes\post\post.php see how it goes?

Make sure you have to set your publishing date before you submit the post from your composer.

If the issues still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Hi

I have replaced the file though nothing seems to be different - ideally when i go to the 'blog posts' list below 'statistics' it would show all of the users' posts that have been posted, or are schuduled to be posted... that's how it was displayed before the upgrade and i found it really useful

FTP info attached

Hi Nick Russell,

I'm really sorry that delayed of this reply,

I have replaced the file though nothing seems to be different - ideally when i go to the 'blog posts' list below 'statistics' it would show all of the users' posts that have been posted, or are schuduled to be posted... that's how it was displayed before the upgrade and i found it really useful

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend access so we can login in your frontend and test on your first issues?
By the way, I've tried you provided that login credential from another thread ( http://stackideas.com/forums/duplicate-posts ), it is not working.

Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

From the `statistics` dashboard page, it should show your current logged in account `RECENT BLOG POST`, `TOP POSTS`, `MOST COMMENTED POSTS`, and etc.

one other issue is that i cant get the link when approving others bloggers' posts, which i want to go live tomoro - this means i cant pass on the link to tell people to check tommorow - again this was something i was able to do before the upgrade

I think i misunderstanding on your first post issues, do you mean when the user submit a scheduled post in your site, this scheduled post is under moderation, so system will notify to superadmin regarding this, but when the Superadmin approval this schedule post, it published it immediately even the publishing date is not reached?

Hi

I am referring to this page
http://www.blatantlyblunt.com/index.php/Dashboard/Dashboard/Entries.html

Previously, I was able to view every single blog post that is due to be published, once approved - so i can share the link -

Currently i can only see the links of the posts I have made, not my other bloggers. When I approve another blogger's post submision, I want to be able to get the link - this was possible before the upgrade but not any more.
