Hi Stackideas-Team,

we want to rebuild our Community from scratch. For this project we have purchased your licenses.
Our plan envisages that we build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), what means at the first step having as little as possible features activated an then step by step launching new ones.

So my question is:
The core part is supposed to be the component EasySocial, but first we want to introduce the forum. Is it possible to just start with it or is it better to install all components and disable all features? What are the pro and cons of starting just with one component and installing the other later?

Thanks and best regards

Pascal
Hello Pascal,

I would suggest starting with EasySocial and EasyDiscuss. EasySocial is responsible to output activities generated from EasyDiscuss. If you start with EasyDiscuss first, you might lose out on the activities that are generated on the site prior to the installation of EasySocial
