Hi Anne Marie,
I am sorry for the delay of this reply.
Regarding your issue with EasyBlog preview feature, if you are creating a blog post from backend and attempt to preview your blog post, you might hit a 400 error 'blog post not found' issue. This is because EasyBlog require you to login to frontpage in order to view the preview as there is some validation on the blog author when previewing the blog post.
I've logged into your frontend and attempt to preview a blog post via backend, the blog preview correctly. Please see

Still having problems with the dates. I changed the publishing date for a post this morning to today's date but it still shows the creation date (June 21) on the frontpage. The menu has the settings to show the publishing date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I now have 3 posts dated June 21st and not as posted on consecutive days.
As for the above, I've checked your site and look like you did not set any timezone on your Joomla site. Please see

You will need to configure the server timezone correctly so that the date picker will able to display the correct date and time. Also, make sure your user's the timezone setting configured correctly as well. This user's setting is located at Users -> User manager -> [select your user] -> Basic settings and look for 'Time Zone'. Please see

If you wish to follow the timzone setting from your Joomla global setting, you then set the user timezone to 'use default'.
Let me know if the above fix your date issue or not.
Hope this help and have a nice day!
