I notice that when I post blog, it will show up as scheduled. I cannot find any setting to adjust this. Also, what does "Scheduled" mean. Scheduled for when?

Schedule post means when do you want your blog post to be published at a particular time.
It will change to schedule status if you have set a particular time to publish on the composer. https://take.ms/W2bZZ
