It seems that this is our know issues actually. We have addressed this issues on our end and will included them on our next release version. Or you can apply attached file at path below respectively.

media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/page/title/title.php

Note:
You need to rename those file into title.php as those attached file for you to differentiate those files only.
