Saving of Drafts or publishing is not working for some of the posts

Hello,

sometimes my bloggers are facing the issue with saving Drafts. I thought that they did something wrong but now 2 bloggers have the same issue.

They have written the post and save as draft. Then after few days open again have made changes and tried to save changes again. But the changes were not saved, even if I tried it with my account and made a change and save it to draft or publish it... it could not publish it nor saved it as draft.

As example: ID no. of post 837 in Drafts.

Please see the attachment .. when the blank green field appeared in the top of the page without any note.. I know that saving or publishing is not allowed then.

Please help! This is urgent issue
it seems like i was unable to access your backend, this is what i hitting now :

By the way, this is my IP address : 115.135.153.180 , can you add my current IP address into your server whiltelist so I can access your backend and check whether is it any 3rd party plugin causing this issue.

Also can you update us with your FTP access as well ?

By the way, it seems that i hit error this https://screencast.com/t/CA4d3bpP when trying to update your post referred above. I have done some finding on Google and it seems that this issues came from your web service provider as you can refer here https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=560187

Maybe you can consult with them and see how it goes Thanks for you understanding
