Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading one of our websites. The current website has a copy of EasyBlog running on it, but the account attached to it has been lost. We would like to salvage the EasyBlog installation for use on the new site. Is there any way for us to do so?

Thanks
Hello Raymond,

Hm, not really sure if I get you here but you can always access http://stackideas.com/dashboard to download a copy of the extension

Hi, thanks for your response, what I meant to say was I do not have the username login for the account attached to that version of easyblog, and thus cannot access the dashboard. Is there any way to reacquire the account information through the easyblog installation on the website? If not, can tech support help me retrieve this information?

Hello Raymond,

Hm, if you are logged into the forum, you should be able to access http://stackideas.com/dashboard to access the downloads already. Are you getting any errors when accessing the dashboard?
