It is great news to know that Stack Ideas have acquired PayPlans. I hope that the problems with the SagePay integration will now be addressed, specifically:

  1. Recurring (repeat) payments
  2. The ability to remind clients when their payment method (credit/debit card) is due to expire so the renewal does not fail

Having an alternative to PayPal is important.

By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with a PayPlan subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?
