Without waiting for a normal translation into Russian - translated the file ru-RU.com_easydiscuss.ini ( JoomlaFolder/language/ru-RU/ru-RU.com_easydiscuss.ini )
It provides Russian for 95% of frontend. 5% comes from other untranslated files. Since I have been working on the settings of the forum for a short time, some small errors are possible. When testing a freshly installed forum, I do not see all of its functions and capabilities. Accordingly, I cannot check the correctness of the entire translation. But these errors are any less than the official translation - where the terms sometimes did not fit the meaning of the function and grammatical errors were observed in the translation.
If the message is interesting, I can post updates and fixes in this thread
Hi Roman,

Actually you can sign up on CrowdIn, then join our translation team as EasyDiscuss Russian translator here.

After that, you can apply as a proofreader which allows you to modify translations that are incorrect. Let us know your username once you have registered.

one more registration, application, consideration ... I was engaged in translation due to the fact that I need to launch a site with a forum as soon as possible. As soon as I fix the minor bugs, I will need to fill the site with materials, start supporting the site and forum visitors.
I didn't translate specifically. I was forced to do this since all visitors are unlikely to have knowledge of several languages. I tried to make the forum clearer for such people.
If this file gets to the developers, it is possible that they will make the complete translation faster. If they do not start doing this, perhaps this file will simplify the work of those peaples, who pay for the license and immediately make the frontend understandable for users.
I repeat - I will not do the translation on purpose. This is a difficult task. For correct translation, you need to see how certain language variables are used during the forum. I do not currently have a working site with a working forum. I paid for the license just a few days ago. I will not be able to correctly translate everything - only what I see on the pages of the site. What I saw - then translated.
If this file helps at least someone, I will be glad.

I registered and watched the translation process. I will say one thing - a normal translation cannot be done this way. Translation of language constants separately from the forum itself? It's impossible to make a good translation like that.
For example, several completely different variables have the same meaning in English. Not the values of these variables must be translated into Russian. Translation should be done based on the purpose of the variable itself.

Hello Roman

I want to thank you for work on the translation in Russian !
Having a correct localized translation is SO important.
I also would like to ask if you have also translated any other StackIdeas component and would be kind enough to share them?

I hope StackIdeas will update the file soon because at the moment the built-in language installer still display 63% completed.

Again, thank you for sharing a correct translation with us Roman

Well, I only have a license for the EasyDiscuss - I can translate only forum. As soon as I translate the following EasyDiscuss files, I'll post them in this message. I can't promise that it will be very fast. For me, the main task is to translate the frontend.
