At the Referral - New - Rule Behaviour, please add a Commission fee for Code Sharer/Introducer

This is a good idea but I am wondering how do the users cash out? If we are to implement commission, there needs to be some sort of wallet to keep all their monies?

Can use Paypal for a wallet? Just for a start?
Or integration with iDevAffiliate
I think ES used to have an apps to integrate with Post Affiliate Pro. But I don't see it in StackIdeas Apps list anymore.
