I realised your previous support ticket already asked this domain social.xxx site for support, perhaps you can consider to switch your current license support domain to social.xxx? Because Pro license only obtain 1 domain for support.

By the way, regarding with your main issue, it seems like you still using older version of Easysocial, this issue might be fixed in the current latest Easysocial version, perhaps you can consider to upgrade to Easysocial 2.1 and see whether this issue still persists?

To be honestly, that was difficult for us to know what is the issue caused this without FTP access, perhaps you can try request with your webhosting provider to help you setup 1 FTP user account so we can able to connect it and troubleshoot this issue quickly?

You can change our license to http://www.agpsocial.nl if necessary.
The same site is on social.agp.nl, http://www.agpsocial.nl and http://www.agp-social.nl but http://www.agpsocial.nl is our main domain.

I'll try to update ES probably tomorrow on my Local test environment and let you know if the problem is solved.

FTP isn't that easy.
Actually it is, it's our own server ;-) but I want as much ports closed as possible.
I'll discuss this with our technical support.
We're a softwarehouse ourselves and you how hard it is to support without the tools ;-)

Yes, that is obviously right, hopefully your technical support can setup FTP access so we can able to troubleshoot this.

However, we will probably release another new version either tomorrow or today. perhaps you can wait for another new release only upgrade Easysocial on your site.

May i know this site social.agp.nl consider is test site right?
