Hello support team,

I have still a problem with RSS. Newest are always empty. Only one category shows one entry. The two other categories are empty too.
For me and my readers is RSS very important. Therefore your help is needed.

Warm regards Bernhard
Hi Bernhard,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Thanks Bernhard for your cooperation, seems like some of the blog post cause the issue where somehow it append the http://take.ms/IMpXQ title="Umfrage Anonym" make the rss layout broken.
Can you provide us with FTP access to further checking on this?

Hey Bernhard,

Is there some sort of server caching on your site? I have made some changes on the file but somehow it isn't displaying the changes. I have already tried to purge the cache in Joomla but to no avail. It seems as though there are some sort of caching on the webserver layer.

Hey Fahdli,

indeed there is opcache enabled on provider site. I can disable (just done) But you can clean yourself. On footer menu on admin site there is a button "clean cache". This should clean opcache too. But to be sure I have disabled opcache on server side now.

Hey Fahdli,

perhaps you could try to disable "JCH Optimize" too. Go to plugins and disable "JCH Optimize" plugin

After a long way of debugging, seems like the issue caused by the 3rd party plugin (System - SEO Friendly Links and Images) that append the title as my screenshot earlier
I've temporary disable this plugin and the rss feed render correctly now: http://take.ms/zndil

Hey Fahdli,

you are the greatest . (System - SEO Friendly Links and Images) is not necessary it was just nice to have. I will delete it soon. Opcache is enabled again and all works fine. Outlook pulls the feeds now too. And I am very happy now.
I will have a look at Feeds the next days, but I am sure all is OK now.
Therefore you can close the ticket.

Many, many thanks for your help and warm regards - Bernhard
