Hi there,
I'm having a problem with my RSS feed for my blog. It would appear that you can only pull the RSS feed if you are already logged in.....which sort of defeats the purpose of RSS. I have a number of networks pulling my RSS to distribute to their customers and this has suddenly shut off.

Is there a way for the RSS feed to be available ALL the time?

Michael
Hi Michael,

It seems that there is an error with EasySocial autologin plugin that is causing an error when rendering the RSS feeds page(http://take.ms/R55VR).

May I have permission to update your EasySocial to the latest version to address the error? You may backup the customized files in EasySocial beforehand as a precaution.

Feel free to fix the problem.
Any changes to files are in the template overrides directory for protostar

Hey Michael,

I have helped you update EasySocial to the latest version but the issue persists.

I have identified this as a bug and will log this in our issue tracker.

In the meantime, since your ftp access is not working, can you apply the attached file temporarily into the directory below and see if it works?
JoomlaFolder/plugins/system/easysocialautologin/easysocialautologin.php

I've applied the change.
Also, there is eXtplorer installed on my site so you should be able to upload files.

Alright Michael. It looks like the RSS feeds page is loading properly for non logged in users now.

Can you confirm this and let us know how it goes? Thanks.
