RSS Feed Not Importing

Hi there, I need some help. I have worked for hours on this and I cannot get the feed importer to work. I know the feeds from the other website are working because I also tried to set them up as regular Joomla news feeds and they work, but when I try to import with the Easy Blog Feed Importer, it keeps saying "0 articles migrated from the feed".Can you please help me figure out why this is not working? Thank you so much. I really appreciate the help

It seems like you hitting above error when import feed into your Easyblog, can you request with your hosting provider to help you install those PHP mbstring from your PHP server ?
