The Routing type will affect how the SEF URL of contents of the module. Leaving it at default means that the module will just get the URL using the default setting in your EasyBlog Settings. As for the Use Menu Item option, you have to specify which menu item you want to use if you choose Use menu item for routing type. Hope this helps.
