Please add a message to the content body after a user has added a new review when Review Moderation is enabled to inform them that their review has been submitted and is pending approval.

Currently, there is nothing in place and this may be confusing to users.

What do you mean by content body?

Do you mean that there should be a permanent message here that inform users their review was already submitted and under review(https://www.screencast.com/t/AKvppvj5W3)?
