You can apply your Backup files by replace all those files on path listed below and replacing those tables that have #__easyblog_* prefixes.

.../components/com_easyblog/...
.../administrator/components/com_easyblog/...

Please give it a try and see how it goes

Note:
Make sure you done both backup on new and old file before applying those backup.

Before you did anything on your, may i know, from what version you wanted to downgrade your Easyblog from? It is not recommend for you to downgrade your Easyblog v5.1 to v5.0/v3.0 as those structure already changed a lot and if your site got plenty of data(blog post and etc). And it is also a major version release and it have a lot of changes in it.

It would best if you can describe them first more specifically so that we can have further check on this issues. Please advice.

I updated to 5.1.12. I do not remember which version I was running before. Can I find in the Database or filebackup which version I was running prior?

It is not advisable for you to do this as your current version and your previous version is between the major release. Maybe you can give it a try and see how it goes as from what i check on your site, there not so much blog post in your site. It should be no problem.

Note that, do all those necessary backup before further do any of those steps. Please advice.
