Restricted Access problem for a Super User

Hello

I have a restricted problem issue with one of my user who is also a Super user.
This user is part of a private group. She can post message in that group.
but once her message (texte but also photos) is post in the group. She can not access it anymore.
The content is Restricted access for her (content and comments)
I have look everywhere. She does have the right and she is in the ES profil that should allow her to post and see all the activities in that group.
Any hint would be greatly appreciated since i'm running out of idea to fix this issue !

Hi there,

It seems that i cant access your backend using given access as you can see here http://take.ms/dEnLy. It would be best if you can provide us with correct access credentials.

By the way, using given access, it seems that i cant access your site as you can see here http://take.ms/8yiDE.

I have tried to re-assign them accordingly by changing your current menu access, but still hit the same issues. Maybe you can provide us with those access and all related information so that we can further check on this issues. I suspected that, there are permission related issues you faced right now.

Maybe you can set them to public first so that i can check them further. Please advice.

Hi !

Exact ! to access ES components in front end, you need to be in a special Profil. It's not all of our user who can access the social network in that site. I move you in the same category as the user who have problem. I will also include you in the group which is a private group. I think with these modification, you should be able to see what is going on. Also, I'M going to add the name of the person where the problem is appearing in the site details.

I can access them now But honestly, not sure how to replicate this actually. It seems that it is working fine on my end, as you can on my video here http://take.ms/uE6HJ or maybe you can provide us with that particular user access credentials for us further check on this issue.

Hello

About your last reply, it's exactly the point. Other user can see her publication and can comments. But her, can not access/see the comment her publi once they are publish. I will give you her credentials in my site details.

Hi there,

After long hour checking on your site, it seems that your user have hide Photos from her feed as you can see here http://take.ms/nSKks. She will not see them as she already hide this from his views.

In order for her to see them again, it is required for her to un-hide them again in order for it to shown again. By the way, to un-hide them, you can check them on Historique sections as you can see here http://take.ms/C24zo

Please give it a try and see how it goes.

I have spend so many hours on this one and it's a bit frustrating to see that it's coming from a user own choice...Oh well !
Next time, I will make sure to verify the user personal choice before anything else !!
