Restrict "Who Is Viewing" to logged in users

Is it possible to restrict the "Who Is Viewing" section to only users that are logged in?

Hi Nick,

I've added the new post.php file but am seeing "int(0)" when viewing a post as a guest, and "string(3) "723"" when viewing as a logged in user. I've attached two images...
