Restrict use of Blog categories

Is it possible to either assign a blog category to an author or restrict an author to only creating posts in one or more categories.
I don't think it is, but asking just in case.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, we cant achieved this currently, as we only restrict those categories creation based on it user's group only. Thanks for your understanding
