Restrict/hide users/groups/pages based on profile

I’m trying to restrict/hide users and the relevant groups/pages/events based on a specific profile types.

We currently have three profile types:

Masquerading as

Fugitive

Freethinkers

Ideally, we need the users and their groups/pages/events to be hidden from the other two profile types.

We would also like just one page/area where everyone can see all users/groups/pages/events

Is this possible?

Currently, it is not possible to do this at this point of time.
